PROFESSIONAL. COURTEOUS. KNOWLEDGEABLE. NO HARD SELL! Those are the adjectives I look for, and Dan possesses. In selling our home for/with us, Dan demonstrated in-depth knowledge - not only of the craft of real estate sales, but was a 'real human being' at the same time. There were never any high-pressure sales tactics, or lame 'read the company script' approaches we found with other realtors we interviewed. Let's face it. Some realtors are icky people who should be selling used cars. Not this guy, though. We were pleased that Dan ASKED US about our needs, and instead of dictating, gently guided my wife and I through the entire process, educating us, answering all our questions, and making sure our needs were fully met. He's a chameleon. He's just as comfortable in a tux as he is in blue jeans, and functions just as comfortably selling multi-million dollar properties, as those of lesser value. When our deal with the eventual buyers hit a snag on price, Dan took it upon himself to contact the buyers' realtor, and negotiated a deal agreeable to us all, rather than let the sale get derailed. You don't know me. You don't know if I'm blowing smoke. One way to call my bluff is to give Dan a call, and see if you don't develop the same opinion we have of him. I recommend him highly. This is pretty simple. My wife and I found our perfect home and Dan helped us purchase it. In today's market buying a home can be pretty difficult. Dan and his team did a tremendous job keeping us informed and up to date through the entire process. Dan also did an amazing job during the offer process. We were not sure if we were going to be able to put in an offer that was high enough to land us this home. We were basically at our max budget. Somehow, Dan was able to get our offer accepted over all of the others. Some of which were higher $ than ours. The icing on the cake is the appraised value of the home. We had concerns going into escrow in regards to the appraisal for the loan. Dan felt strongly that we would not have too much of an issue getting a good appraisal. So, not only did we miraculously win the bidding war, but we paid $5k under the appraised value. Thank you Dan!!
