Through determination, perseverance and a steadfast belief in yourself, you can overcome any challenge and emerge stronger on the other side. My faith and my family have been my rock and always my reason why. In 2006, real estate was thriving. I found unprecedented success.

 

But suddenly, the tides turned, and everything changed. The bubble burst, and everything I thought I knew about real estate changed. Business dropped by a staggering 80%, leaving me reeling and questioning my future. It was a devastating blow, but I refused to give up. During those tumultuous times, I began specializing in short sales, guiding clients through difficult transactions.

 

Through these experiences, I witnessed the true resilience of the human spirit. People faced the loss of their homes and credit, yet they found solace in avoiding foreclosure and bankruptcy. Their gratitude and happiness in those moments taught me the importance of helping others and finding fulfillment in making a positive difference in their lives. Like most families, we experienced our own financial hardships. As my livelihood was real estate, it was a one-two punch. That experience gave me empathy and understanding of my clients' situations.

These trials shaped my approach to real estate and life. I learned the value of compassion and resilience. Despite how difficult that time was, the experiences and lessons I learned were invaluable. Today, I aim to impart this knowledge to my clients, emphasizing the significance of purchasing property because there is no better way to create wealth and financial security than to do so based on long-term goals rather than short-lived successes.



Throughout this journey, my wife Cathleen and our faith have been the anchors that kept me grounded and motivated. Her wisdom has shown me the importance of connecting, not just in business but also in life. With a background in the fitness industry, I enjoy constant progression and hitting milestones. Cathleen's influence has taught me the value of being truly present and content.



We've been blessed to rebuild our lives to a level of financial security greater than before, and she is always right by my side cheering me on. Our son Jack is the light of our lives – at just 7, he is a bundle of joy. He takes after his mother with an extraordinary disposition and cheerfulness. Jack loves cars, and even at his young age, he can name the parts of a car engine and sometimes even teaches Daddy a thing or two. When he was only 3, he would name every car as we walked through a parking lot, and not just the obvious ones! It's a joy to watch him explore his interests and curiosity of something he loves.




As I reflect on my journey, I realize that milestones come in various forms. While the real estate industry has recognized me with awards, what matters to me is the impact I make on my clients' lives. Year after year, I consistently close about four times as many properties as the average California agent. I attribute this success to my unwavering commitment and personal involvement in every transaction, safeguarding my clients' interests and finances. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find immense joy in spending time with loved ones. My wife and I cherish moments with our son, and I am actively involved in coaching his little league team and engaging with his school.



We also dedicate our time to volunteer work and participate in our local church community. These experiences remind me of the importance of balance and cherishing what truly matters in life. Through the highs and lows, my family has been my source of strength and inspiration. They have celebrated my successes and stood by me during the most challenging times. They remind me of the importance of love, support and the joy of shared moments.



In real estate, I prioritize safeguarding my clients' financial interests, ensuring client satisfaction. For me, it's not just about the numbers; it's about delivering stellar customer service while making a positive impact on people's lives. Having been in the industry for 19+ years, I have weathered countless challenges along the way. I have faced the ups and downs head-on, always persevering because I truly love what I do. When a challenge arises in a transaction, I apply the same approach, focusing on solutions and navigating through the process, bringing a successful close. One of my proudest achievements is the high referral and repeat client rate I have maintained throughout my career.


This is a testament to the trust and satisfaction my clients have in me, and I am humbled by their continued support. They are the reason I can continue fulfilling my purpose – helping people build financial wealth and security through real estate. I believe that providing value extends beyond the real estate transaction itself. I strive to stay in touch with all my clients, ensuring that I'm there for them even after the deal is done, serving as a lifelong real estate resource.
